Where can I take my Family Pictures? Calgary Family Photographer

Let’s talk seriously regarding the BEST PLACE for your photoshoot.
Do you know that feeling when you look back at your childhood photos? Don’t you feel nostalgic about that time? about the place where you were in that picture.
My goal with my photography style is to capture a day in your life so your children have real loving memories to look back on.
The same way you feel when you look at your pictures .
The purpose of lifestyle photography is to tell people’s stories through candid and unstaged photos.
The best place to do this is in the comfort of your home or your favorite spots such as the ice rink for the hockey lovers, or the trail for bikers and hikers, or simply just the lake or the park where you make the most memories.

Staying in your own home for your newborn or family session is natural, authentic, and comfortable. Isn’t there something special about having your family photographed in your own space and truly capturing your daily life? I am SURE that having a lifestyle session at home is the most unique way to show your family’s true essence.
Your Favourite Spot in the City
Ed and Poli were newcomers. So they chose to take pictures close to the Calgary Tower because moving to #YYC was a huge step in their lives.
Pick the most memorable spot for you and your family and that’s the only prop we will need for beautiful and authentic photos.
SAIT
Sam and Greg met at SAIT during college. Their wedding also took place there. So for Peyton’s first photoshoot, they decided to take pictures at the same location. Isn’t it awesome?!
The lake, park, or playground you usually take your kids, they are the best place to create the best memories to treasure.
Griffith Woods Park – Calgary SW
Evangeline’s first Photoshoot took place at the same location as her parents’ Wedding. This park is amazing and full of meaning for this family.
How About a Bike Ride?
The Minotti Family loves spending Sunday morning in the park riding their bikes.

The Stevenson loves to go for a walk and they always go to a park nearby. At the beginning of the Winter, they explore the banks of the river looking for ice blocks.

Conclusion
I can post here a lot of great locations around the city (and soon I will post some locations that I think are beautiful). But I ask you: will these places mean anything to you? Would you treasure these photos in a fancy or famous location as much as you would cherish those photos in a known place?
